Hilario "Cisco" Rubio has been an independent insurance agent and broker since 2004. He specializes in helping individuals, families, and small businesses in Northern New Mexico with all their benefit needs such as health insurance, life insurance, Medicare plans, dental and vision insurance, disability income insurance, long-term care insurance, legal plans, and identity theft plans.
Cisco volunteers his time by being on the New Mexico state board for NAIFA as their health insurance liaison. He is the Past State President of the New Mexico chapter for the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, where he advocates the health insurance industry for his fellow agents, clients, and consumers.
He volunteers his time as the assistant pastor and board member of Victory Life Church, where he started their food pantry in 2003. He is still a member of the San Miguel Emergency Food and Shelter Board. He was a member of the Alta Vista Regional Hospital Board of Trustees for 5 years.
Cisco has been married to his beautiful wife Angelene since 2024 and together they have 5 beautiful children. When not working he enjoys reading, golf, watching tv, and traveling.
