Dave Menard is the co-owner CORE Financial with his wife, Alexia, based in Fort Collins, CO. Since 1988 he has worked in the financial management field, helping successful executives, business owners and affluent individuals with wealth management.
Dave graduated from Western State in 1985 with a Bachelors Degree in Business. Since beginning his career Dave has passed FINRA series licenses 7, 63, 66, his Life and Health licenses, as well as, a license for Long Term Care.
Dave became a life member (10 years+) in 2012 of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and qualified for the Court of the Table, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients. MDRT is an independent association of more that 36,000 life insurance agents world-wide who have met strict ethical and production requirements to qualify. Recognized internationally as the standard of the life insurance sales performance, the MDRT’S members represent more than 78 nations and more than 430 insurance companies. In addition, Dave is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and participates on a local level. Dave is a member of the General Agents and Managers Association (GAMA), and international association serving the professional needs of 5,500 field leaders in the insurance, investment, and financial services industry. In 2012, Dave earned the distinction as the first recipient of the Brian H. Early Frontline Excellence Award which recognized his outstanding leadership within the Transamerica Agency Network.
Transamerica Agency Network (TAN) based in Cedar Rapids, IA has recognized Dave’s leadership and knowledge by requesting him as an instructor for their sales representative schools and seminars on a regular basis. He has also served as a guest speaker for numerous educational conferences and training sessions hosted by (TAN). In addition, Dave has been involved in numerous public speaking engagements for other financial professionals around the country. Sharing his knowledge with others is a major part of Dave’s philosophy. Dave’s role as a wealth advisor is to provide comprehensive financial guidance to aid his clients in the pursuit of their financial goals.
Acting on their strong belief of the importance of giving back to their community, Dave and his wife support several charitable organizations, locally and internationally, through sponsorship and/or donations of time and resources. In his spare time Dave enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling, fishing in Canada, and hiking.
